Would you like to give keys or a badge to a loved one, a tenant, a contractor, an employee, or a family member? We’ll temporarily hold them for you and deliver them to the person of your choice.

1. Select your key or badge type.
2. Complete your online order.
3. Receive your confirmation email containing your case number.
4. Drop off your original key by simply presenting your email.

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number.

When dropping off your item, simply show this email to our team.

To ensure we meet the stated turnaround times, we recommend that you drop off your item within 24 hours of placing your order. Any drop-off made after this time may result in a longer processing time.

Please select the service that best matches your item. If the item you drop off requires a different service than the one ordered, an additional fee may be charged at the time of pickup.

The final assessment of the service is made during the processing of the item.
